North of the River Municipal Water District bills on a monthly basis.
Your bill will look like this. Please return the stub with your payment.
If your account is metered, the bill will show the prior read, current read, total monthly usage and amounts due based on current rates. Bills are mailed on or before the last day of each month and are due on the 10th day of the next month. Bills will be charged a delinquent charge if payment is not received prior to the 25th day of the month.
