North of the River Municipal Water District was formed in 1969 to provide wholesale delivery of the State Water Project Supply to the community of Oildale.

Any member of the public is welcome to attend our District Board Meetings. They are held the 3rd Wednesday of every month @ 4:30 p.m. @ the District Office. Special Meeting Agendas are posted as they're called. Keep your eyes open for the postings. The next  scheduled Board Meeting is June 19, 2013, at 4:30 p.m.
